Meet Merritt

Hey there, I’m Merritt Harrell, owner and lead floral designer at FlowHers by Merr.

I have always told people “If I had another life, I would be a florist.” after saying this over and over, it felt like It wasn’t possible since I had already gone to school and chosen my career of something completely different.

I was inspired by seeing other florists and my family and I thought “why not?” I dedicated time and energy and wanted to fully commit everything to it. I now get to live out my dreams being a florist. Hopefully I will encourage those around me who had the same thoughts of their passion being turned into their job.

Values

My values are rooted in faith, family, and service. As a daughter of the King, I aim to live out these principles in everything I do— I believe in doing my best in all things and continually growing where I’m planted. At the core of this business is a dedication to serving others with love and purpose, crafting each arrangement with care and attention to detail. Every flower represents not just beauty, but a commitment to bringing joy, spreading kindness, and nurturing those around me.
